Terms of use
These terms govern your use of this website and any service you buy from us. By using the site you accept them. Read section 2 first: it is the one that matters most.

1. Who we are
This website and the services offered on it are operated by Global Entry Solution, a private company. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Global Entry Solution, and "you" means the person using the site or buying a service.
We are not a government department, a public agency, a law firm or a regulator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the United States Department of State, USCIS, or the Diversity Visa programme, and we do not present ourselves as any of those things.
2. What you are paying for, and what is free
Registering yourself for the Diversity Visa programme on the official Department of State website is free of charge. You do not need us, or any other service, in order to enter.
Our fee is for preparation and handling only: checking your eligibility, preparing a photograph that meets the published technical specification, checking your entry details against your passport, submitting the entry within the official registration window, recording your confirmation number, and, on the Entry and Selection package, handling your case if you are selected.
You are not paying us for access to the draw, for a place in it, or for any advantage within it. No such advantage exists or can be sold.
3. Selection is random and cannot be influenced
Selection in the Diversity Visa programme is random among valid entries. Nobody, including us, can influence the outcome, improve your odds, or predict the result.
We make no representation that you will be selected, and any statement on this site about improving your chances refers only to whether your entry is valid enough to be included in the draw at all.
4. No guarantee of a visa
Being selected in the draw does not entitle you to a Green Card. Selectees must still complete the immigrant visa application, provide civil documents, complete a medical examination and attend a consular interview, and visas are issued in case number order until the annual allocation is exhausted.
All decisions on eligibility, admissibility and the issue of a visa rest solely with the United States government. We do not guarantee any outcome at any stage.
5. We are not attorneys
Nothing on this website and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice or legal representation. Information published here is general in nature and does not take account of your individual circumstances.
If your case requires legal advice or representation before a consular post or a United States government agency, we will say so, and you should instruct a licensed attorney.
6. Your obligations
You must give us accurate and complete information. Entries are validated against your passport and against the details you supply, and an inaccuracy can invalidate the entry at any stage, including years later at the interview.
Only one entry per person per year is permitted. Submitting more than one disqualifies you. You must tell us before we act if you have already entered this year, or if anyone else has entered on your behalf.
You must include your spouse and every unmarried child under 21 where the programme requires it, including family members who do not live with you and who do not intend to move.
You must supply a genuine, recent photograph of each person, not previously used in any entry. Supplying a photograph of someone else, or reusing an old one, invalidates the entry.
7. The photo checker
The free photo tool on this site runs entirely in your browser and measures what can be measured mechanically: output dimensions, file size, colour, background evenness, exposure and focus. Head height and eye position are positioned by you against on-screen guides.
A pass in the tool is not a guarantee that the Department of State will accept the photograph, and we accept no liability for an entry rejected on a photograph prepared using the free tool without a paid review.
8. Fees, payment and refunds
The eligibility check is free. Package prices are shown on the pricing page and are payable before we begin preparing an entry.
Government fees at the immigrant visa stage, medical examinations, translations and civil documents are separate, are paid by you to the relevant provider, and are outside our fees.
If we determine before submission that you are not eligible to enter, we will not submit an entry and will refund the preparation fee. Once your entry has been submitted, the service has been performed and the fee is not refundable.
9. If the programme changes or is suspended
The Diversity Visa programme exists at the discretion of the United States government. Its rules, eligible country list, photograph specification and registration dates change from year to year, and the programme may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
If the programme is suspended or discontinued before your entry is submitted, we will refund the preparation fee. We are not otherwise liable for any loss arising from a change to the programme.
10. Accuracy of information on this site
We make reasonable efforts to keep this site current, but we do not warrant that every detail is accurate or up to date at the moment you read it. Programme rules published by the Department of State always prevail over anything written here.
11. Your data
Our handling of your personal information, including your passport details and photographs, is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and software on this site belong to Global Entry Solution unless stated otherwise. You may use the site for your own personal purposes. You may not copy, republish or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
13. Acceptable use
You may not use this site to submit false information, to impersonate another person, to submit entries on behalf of people who have not authorised you, or to interfere with the operation of the site or the security of other users.
We may suspend or terminate your access, and decline to act for you, if you breach these terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using our service at any time. Where you have paid for a package and no entry has yet been submitted, section 8 governs refunds.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of opportunity, or for any outcome determined by the United States government.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in respect of the entry concerned.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site or buy a service is the version that applies, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address published on this site.
